At The Melanin Beauty, we are committed to offering high-quality beauty products from Black-owned brands. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of everything we sell, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This policy is in place to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly review your request and may issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a claim, email us at customerservice@themelaninbeauty.ca with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s) and packaging
Please note: Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
